Sister Pauline Ross, O.Carm, says a lifetime of working with people in the later stages of their lives has taught her that those who bring a sense of graciousness to the aging process are better able to cope with the changes it brings. “No matter who you are, you’re almost certainly going to face changes you didn’t expect as you get older,” said Sister Pauline, administrator of Mother Angeline McCrory Manor in Columbus, who has assisted people in dealing with those changes for 55 years as a member of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.
